Hey [C+ Celebrity Name] You Wanna Be On Broadway???

Why is Broadway the last stop on the save my career train for 'Popular' Celebrities?

Usher, Paige Davis, Melanie Griffith, Brian McKnight, What's Her Face, That Guy from that show, American Idol Finalist, etc. . . NOW Mya is Velma Kelly in CHICAGO, the revival that will never go away.

This show has survived the last, 10+ years on Broadway with no real reason except the TOURISTS(reason for bullshit on Broadway) wanting to see the next "Celebrity" the producers have propped up on stage for everyone to see create a mediocre interpretation of a role that isn't that hard for someone who, I don't know? HAS TALENT IN MUSICAL THEATRE!

***TANGENT- Tourists, get a life! You don't have to know the story and all the songs before you wait in line for your tickets at TKTS with your fanny pack and subway map open, how bout going to a show to experience something new! And don't tell me that you don't want to pay $110 for a ticket when you are just going to go to the Olive Garden and wait 3 hours for a table so you can run up a bill of $300 for the same slop you get in OHIO for $75. It's simple, if a show is on Broadway? Trust that someone thought that it was a good idea, you don't have to go to blockbuster and rent it before you see the live version. In Conclusion, Lay off the carbs and see a quality BROADWAY Musical!!!***

Back to you BEA!

Thanks.

Broadway has become a grave yard for celebrity careers and Disney is sick of tending to the landscaping.

So unless you have talent and a sense of what Musical Theatre is all about, which I think Mya at least has and some of the other pop stars who have graced us with their own "Razzle Dazzle."

IF NOT, Stay away from the good ol' Bway. Its not the place for you.

Call MTV or VHI to have a reality TV show or something, if you get that, then maybe you might jump off the D-LIST and be invited to the award shows again. It's up to you.

That's all.
